Hon2x Setup and Operation
- Mounting Options:
The Hon2x tubular rig can be installed either via a mounting ring on the liner (Figure 1) or directly onto the engine using stud bolts (Figure 2). This rig provides support for the honing machine and hoist during the process. - Precision Honing:
Using a variable eight-arm honing head, our team can correct the shape of cylinder liners. We use a wide range of honing stones—ranging from fine, rough, to diamond—ensuring compatibility with different liner materials and surface finish requirements. - Eco-Friendly Reuse of Honing Liquid:
