In response to the heightened demands of stringent GD&T and profile requirements, our team has upgraded our XY milling machine with CNC capability. To validate its precision and accuracy, we conducted a meticulous 1:1 test trial in our workshop. Utilizing a laser tracker for post-machining surveys, we fine-tuned the equipment through multiple test cuts, ensuring it meets the specified tolerances.

These enhancements are pivotal for expediting the machining process on-site, crucially reducing the critical path of the Wind Turbine installation vessel project at our client’s yard. By optimizing cutting parameters, we’re poised to deliver swift and precise machining, bolstering efficiency and project timelines.
