To achieve the stringent tolerance, customized jig and fixture were designed to achieve consistency and repeatability in multiple in-situ equipment setups. After months of reiterate discussions and trials, our team has finally commenced the machining of the jack case housing.

2 sets of customized jig and fixture with 8 sets of boring machines were deployed to site to achieve the short turnaround time allocated for the machining phase.
