MMES field technicians are equipped with BOSIET certification and always ready to be deployed for offshore repair and measurement work in short notice. Having years of inculcating safety awareness for each technician, our personnel adhere strictly to offshore work procedure. The below are some of the interventions that we have completed over the years:

• Enlarge and deepen bolt holes to strengthen and increase the permissible work load for turret winch in Brazil

Using the same portable machine with different customized fixtures to conduct boring, turning, drilling and tapping to minimize the logistic weight.

Performing tapping after deepened and enlargement of bolt holes

• Recondition inner shaft of Diverter (part of BOP well control system) by remove existing inconel overlay to allow fresh coat.

• 3D mapping of swivel pipe connection on a buoy using laser tracker to allow “as built” dimension to be measured for fabrication of replacement set in Panama.

Using of API laser tracker to map out the present piping orientation on the single point mooring buoy.

API tracker is also used to conduct flatness runout on the swivel seating face

Using Spatial analyzer software to help client to visualize the present misalignment and dimension between swivel and riser.
